Urban leases

Spain faces important challenges in terms of housing that, at present, are linked in a special way to the difficulty of access to it under a rental scheme. The liberalizing reform of 2013, in addition to not giving the expected results in relation to the increase in the supply of housing and the moderation of prices, has placed the tenant of a dwelling as a habitual residence in a position of weakness that does not respond to the minimum conditions of stability and security with which the tenant must be provided with a house in possession of a fair title.
